Opener and a few spots for Wirtschafts Woche, on psychological phenomena or why we do things we shouldn't, even though we know better (I know a thing or two about that...).
First one is on the "Overconfidence-effect", or why people tend to over-estimate themselves.
The spots are about, clockwise from the top:

The Bandwagon-effect,
the TINA-principle ("There is no alternative"),
the Hindsight-bias,
the Superstar-effect (being easily intimidated by confidence).
