Deconstructing Lunch

It's lunchtime, and whether you're eating at a roadside diner or a chichi outdoor cafe, making lunch is a lot more complicated than you think.

While you're waiting for your burger and fries and strawberry shake, consider how many people were needed to make that happen: truckers and farmers and ranchers and dishwashers and waiters and everybody in between.

Deconstructing Lunch is my way of showing that everybody counts, that we're all connected to a vast network of people who each plays a crucial role in making possible even the simplest things.
