Recent Drawings from Life

As long as I live, I will never get tired of drawing from a live model. It's the single most enjoyable drawing exercise of which I know, other than drawing family members and loved ones. With deadlines and projects, I find less and less time to go to drawing sessions around town, but I managed to attend one hosted by the extremely talented Sue Lyon, this past Saturday morning. I could only stay for an hour, but here are a few of the drawings (a few five and seven minute drawings, as well as a one minute warm-up, all done in conte on newsprint, 18x24).
