Summer Fun: The Los Angeles Times Book Review!

Always glad to get a call from the Times. It makes me feel more Californian or something, besides, I LOVE WORKING FOR NEWSPAPERS! This was for Judith Pryor in the Book Review section and tells the story of a guy named Gary Lynch who studies memory at UC Irvine. I got the call while in Big Sur for my birthday [had to use the free wifi at the Henry Miller Library, a literary sanctuary tucked in among the giant redwoods]. I read the text and dictated solutions to Nancy as I drove home. I literally had only 1 hour to sketch after getting home [in order to make the deadline]. Life's big thrills! Summer's here!
