Run with Scissors

Run with Scissors to the Museum of Arts and Design. Slash: Paper Under the Knife is a great show celebrating paper as a creative medium and source of inspiration. The museum is located at 2 Columbus Circle. The show continues until April 4. The work ranges from the beautiful intimate tunnel books of Andrea Dezso to the full scale cardboard sculpture by Chris Gilmour. You can view an online gallery of the show, but see it in person if you can. It's a great way to add more fiber to your diet.

Campus confidential

This is an illustration I completed for a disturbing article about how campuses deal with rape within their own walls, not very well. Many schools use the same disciplinary board they use to punish plagiarism or cheating that they do for sexual assault and many girls are advised NOT to go to the police.
Thanks to Kristin Lenz of the Washington Post for this compelling assignment.
