Extremism for TIME Magazine

MAY 20, 2009
These are a couple of images I've done recently for the Asian edition of TIME magazine.  The one above is for a story about how the press in Pakistan is fueling extremism by printing false and sensationalistic stories about the intents of the American government and what is happening next door in Afghanistan.  After many years of military dictatorship, Pakistan finally got a free press, but the writer wonders if this, in the end, is a good thing for the country.  The image below is for a story about Australian nationalists.  The writer discusses how some parts of his country have changed in the last several years, mostly because they feel threatened by foreigners that have moved into the country.
