Do You Wanna Get Happy?

This is a rough sketch for a story about a new Prozac type pill that goes right to work on the brain. 
I liked this sketch, simple and clean, but the good folks I was working with wanted the happy dude to be working inside someone's head. 

I thought it would look weird to have someone's head being worked on, but plowed ahead.  The final art is below...
