Did Someone Mention TEXTURES???
posted:
INGREDIENTS: -Dandelions, yes, dandelions -Plywood floor I pulled out of my house (With possible asbestos dust and lead paint still attached) -Rusty nails (hmmm.... did I ever get that tetanus shot?) -Twigs from the yard -Mexican Handmade Bark Paper -Sheet Music -Dried Leaves -Pastel -Oh, and Ink I've heard you can buy textures on websites or buy some CD's and books with all the textures you could ever want. I find that impersonal and kinda lame, the fact that 3,000 artists can all be using the 'SAME' texture. Stop being lazy, get out o' yer houses, go for a walk, and find textures that are unique to yourselves!!! Oh, and I love you guys :-)
And here's an oldy on some handmade banana paper with charcoal and a bunch of other junk.
