This Saturday, March 27 from 8:30pm to 9:30 pm is Earth Hour
. I was asked to take part in an ad campaign that would help inform the public about the event. The awareness project is being led by the Leo Burnett agency and involves a number of artists, radio ads, television campaign, etc. The client is the World Wildlife Fund, and the work is being done pro-bono by all the artists involved.
The concept was to create a sort of political campaign, one side supporting Earth Hour, the other against it, in the process showing how preposterous it is to be against the idea of shutting off your lights for an hour.
